Summary
On August 31, 1995, former Oshkosh, Wis. City Manager Bill Frueh took a tour of Oshkosh on the old Wisconsin Central/Soo Line railroad track. He started at the old depot on West 18th Avenue and went through the downtown area to the north of the city. He then came back on the route of the new track alignment through the city to the south of town. He also gives a brief history of railroads in Oshkosh and Oshkosh's efforts to get the railroads to work together to consolidate track
